Community Scholarship

Instructions And Requirements

1. Must be 25 years old or under.

2. Admitted to or enrolled in an accredited college, vocational school, or certification program.

3. U.S. citizen or legal resident.

4. A student of a Public, Private, or Home School within the listed school districts.

Please fill out the following boxes with the requested information.  All essays, transcripts, recommendations, or other documents the student would like to submit in support of the scholarship application should be emailed to DBJMSP@GMAIL.COM.  Please place the student's full name, year of graduation, and which scholarship being applied for in the email subject line. Also include a brief description of the attachments in the body of the email.

Applicant must write and submit an essay, 500 words or less, about their community.  Specifically what they have done to help or assist in their community as well as what their community has taught them in their journey to achieve their goals in life.
